Our story
The roots of Logistigo’s services go back to 1998, when HI&F Logistics began providing services for retail field sales organizations. The business became part of the Sanoma Group in 2007.
Finland’s Logistigo Oy, focusing on brand product management, was established in Espoo in 2006. These two business areas operated independently under different ownership.
In 2013, Finland’s Logistigo Oy and the HI&F Logistics business were acquired by their current owner and CEO, Kari Vuorela. The merging of these operations marked the beginning of a deliberate development and growth strategy – today, Finland’s Logistigo Oy employs over 25 dedicated professionals. The company aims to grow steadily and strengthen its position as a trusted partner for both large and emerging retail brands.
